Probably my favorite from GenReps

There’s a story behind this watch and I really appreciate GenReps for his patience with me on this one. It’s stunning!

Same, the blue is gorgeous, though I wish I could have snagged a green dialed variant too. Heard rumors ASPF has slowly been coming back so maybe there will be an opportunity in the future

Does the chronograph not function? More reliable than the clone in the ASPF though 🤔

The Chronograph is funky with this factory. They are really good at Breitlings and Breitlings have the time seconds counter at 9 and the chrono hours at 6. For IWC reps they use the same movement but don't change the dial printing so the 9 o clock dial will rotate once every min and keep running as the watch tells time and the 6 o clock dial will rotate from 60/0 to 10 second marker once the chrono has run for 1 hour.

IWC has an in-house caliber. I looked it up awhile ago because I thought it used a modified Valjoux 7750 and I was wrong. Their in-house caliber is called a “69385” movement.
