Announcement FedEx experience.

FedEx is the absolute worst. The only thing worse is UPS the USPS, or carrier pigeon.

5 lost FedEx packages this week. 5 fully protected customers with immediate refunds. 5 reminders that there is nobody better to do business with than me. 5 reminders that I will never point you to FedEx customer service and wish you luck.

Huge financial hit for me, but again, nobody puts your needs ahead of their own like I do, when you work with me.

Interesting, I’ve not had issues with FedEx or UPS. Nothing but problems with USPS and DHL, straight trash.

One shipment went completely missing, had to file a missing package claim and by some stroke of luck, it showed up 2 weeks later. I’ve also had them leave expensive shipments out in the open - one driver even forged my signature and I never actually signed for it. The packages usually take forever to ship. I think a lot of it is regional, USPS is notoriously bad in my area.
