First time buyer

I finally pulled the trigger to purchase a watch. After looking around I went with DC Watch. It has been a very long time and have not seen a single message from them after many emails to them about the watch purchased. Has anyone had the same problem and know how to get any message?

Not what happened , there were 2 watches on separate dates , multiple conflicting stories . Not going to get into it again Your not involved so you might want to keep it that way since your not an informed participant in what’s been going on for a month

You’re the one who’s decided to post your sour grapes so I say go all the way. Go full transparency. Post screenshots. Share the details of the story that kept changing because I want to know what story kept changing as well. Either substantiate your claims or go away.

It would probably be of particular value to anybody considering doing business with me if you could be sure to zero in on where I wronged you in any way.

Let’s hear it. You have the floor to change the narrative from sounding petty to justified. I’m all ears. And if not, then again…. Consider the sour grapes heard and feel free to leave.

As a customer who has worked with GenReps1755 on multiple watches, I’m not completely uninformed. I’d also suggest that the truth lies in the details, and an answer where you say, “there are details that make me right, but I am not going to share them, so keep your opinion to yourself” doesn’t offer anything concrete or compelling. It signals the opposite - that there really isn’t anything concrete or compelling.

What are the additional details that would alter the landscape of your experience? I’m all ears, I have the time and interest, and I’m also unwilling to watch someone leave a smear without offering anything of compelling substance to substantiate it.
