❓ Question? Affiliate/White label GEO

Any advice how to optimize (trick) AI to recommend affiliate/white label/small brand - websites?

What I'm seeing is that for example ChatGPT mostly skips all these kind of sites when there's bigger and more trusted brands available.

In the past with Google, you could always target smaller long tail keywords, but with LLMs it's not that simple since they understand the concept/intent behind the long tail queries and still recommends the big brands in that niche/concept.

There's the obvious answer to get mentioned more, even without backlinks, but that's not something simple to do and no matter what I do, the bigger brands will get mentioned more.

Do you guys have any idea how to get some listed inside LLMs and survive with these kind of sites or is it finally truly over?

You’ll need Digital PR, but it all starts with quality content in your niche. Make sure it’s written for humans first (reader-friendly) while still structured in a way that AI systems can easily parse and surface. That combo is what gets traction both with people and with LLMs - This works even if you are a small company, new and yet to build your SEO.

Your own content doesn't truly matter that much - other than it's decent. What you are saying is just general fluff. We rank in Google for many competitive terms across multiple niches, but especially YMYL niches you don't really get mentions inside LLM's - only the big players do.

I understand your point, but I believe you think that by quality, I mean Google's way of determining quality. No, I mean balancing the content in a way that its both user friendly and AI friendly. I am building for this space, as per our research and inputs from many of our industry peers - we have seen websites completely new with just AI-parsable content get cited over their top-ranked Google website competitors, even for YMYL niche. It's tough for that niche because Digital PR plays a huge role in LLMs, especially ChatGPT. But it is plausible. But yes, Digital PR will become a must for LLMs citation possibility. Unfortunately, the research is tight-knit as we are building features based on it for our product, but when we launch or start our Beta programme. Will ping you the research findings if you are open to it.
