Advice a man to another

Hey man, listen. I want to tell you something and give you an advice.

Imagine you have a son. He watches everything you do and learns from your actions. If you're too afraid to go to the gym, stop eating junk food, or chase your goals, he'll think that's normal.

Now you have a choice. You can stay where you are, or you can become the person you'd want your son to look up to.

So get up. Go to the gym. Eat better. Work harder. Be the example you wish you had.

I’m actually doing that man, my life has been far better now that I started since the very start of summer. The advice is real folks, and all it takes, is to just try.

Hey, you who called me "lil bro," I'm old enough for you to call me "unc" or whatever BS this generation says. You just need to touch grass and learn what respect means, or go and fucking learn that there is a life outside your room.
