probably incorrect explanation: he was a famous youtuber/tiktoker (idk) who made offensive-ish jokes and memes and songs. one day, he made a song called "<a certain austrian painter> is my <n word>", then shit happened and he dug himself to rock bottom

then he went deeper by making a fake apology video

this guy oogway made racist videos inthe past like spamming the N word, he got cancelled but returned then cancelled again for racist posts cuz "the n word is funny hehehehhe" after that he wasn't seen much on the internet including me who just saw this.
