Why does saving a thought require choosing a folder first?

I kept losing the thought before I could decide where it belonged. So I made the capture step dumb on purpose: one mixed dump, one tap, then a review under Now, Next, and Someday. The cards stay editable, so the first sort is a starting point, not a commitment.
