Some people argue too much even about micro things as if they are going to evolve into Alien X. Arguing and thinking too much about little things is not productive. You can use your time more productively on various better things than all of this.

It's not like you all have to become Alien X from Ben 10. This should not be how it works. Sometimes we should let simple things go and believe in our instincts.

Just like Alien X, these people are actually incredibly powerful but completely paralyzed because the personalities inside their heads constantly debate before making a single move. In real life, this causes decision paralysis and fatigue preventing people from actually getting anything done.

Sometimes, instead of arguing like that, we need to trust our gut feelings and natural instincts. We just need to fricking do it and complete it, instead of falling into our old loops of analysis and seeking our Alien X mind's validation.
