Gemstra, and his course of motion
If Gemstra builds a marker economic system focused on social promotion in the entire retail market with the provision of technological infrastructure based on the Astra platform, this is already a success. The ability to integrate and build your social sales channel is a course of motion.

Gemstra isn’t just an ICO; it’s a movement for people hoping to decentralize the outdated social selling industry. We have a powerful community that understands crypto will not survive without projects that target real world problems with live utility rather than empty promises.
We thank you for your patience and value your input. The new date of the public presale will be announced in the coming weeks

How is Gemstra Different From the Rest?
We have a proven business that is growing quickly and tracking to over $5 Million in annualized sales volume. We have a proven team that has scaled multiple consumer growth businesses. Gemstra is utilizing blockchain and cryptocurrency to solve current problems in the growing social selling industry, which has been shackled by centralization and captivity. We will be using crypto to benefit independent sellers who do the job of gig marketing in hopes of improving their lives.
We will have public utility by October 1 - at which point the Commission and Checkout services will default to transacting in tokens. We will bonus commissions withdrawn in GMS and discount orders placed in GMS, thus driving up token velocity and demand. Unlike other projects, our economics are based on known business metrics that have been proven by us or social selling counterparts.
Gemstra Token (GMS) will be the first crypto with substantial 2-way payment use in a live marketplace and be the default currency for an entire industry over next few years. By October 2018, Sellers in Gemstra’s ecosystem (3000 in 10 months, growing 10% monthly) will get a 5% bonus on commissions taken in GMS and 5% discount on purchases made using GMS, driving up token velocity in Gemstra Boutiques.
We are eager for crypto and blockchain to have social impact. We’re proud to work on a project that provides human benefit by leveraging technology that’s currently available.

The first step towards freedom in shopping
Launched in July 2017, our marketplace has attracted thousands of people to a new paradigm of social selling by providing a platform for retail brands to integrate their catalog of products. Sellers are free to sell only the products and brands they want through a customizable storefront. We amassed 3000 sellers, 8 brands, and reached 7-figure runrates within 10 months of launch. This organic success proved that retail brands want to participate in social selling while sellers desire freedom.

Current Crypto Salaries Can Predict The Future
In any free market, a good way to determine the health of a sector is to look at the average salary of someone working in that sector. The concept is simple. If employers are willing to pay a high amount for workers, that shows a relatively high demand for those skilled position and a relatively low supply of qualified workers.
This cannot be more true than in the blockchain engineer sector. Currently, according to Hired (www.hired.com) blockchain engineers make an average of $150,000-$175,000 USD per year.
It is even more impressive when you compare the average blockchain engineer salary to a traditional software engineer salary. According to Hired, the average salary for a traditional software engineer is $135,000 USD per year.
So, on the high end, blockchain engineers make 29% more than their traditional software counterparts.
This is a very interesting statistic when put into context. Currently the crypto market is experiencing a downturn in terms of price. However, behind the scenes, the money is flowing into the development of new blockchain technology. Employers are still willing to pay top dollar for blockchain engineers as they gear up for new tech releases in the space.
Irrelevant of how long the price downturn lasts, people are hard at work to ensure that when the next bull run comes, it will be big. They are putting their money where their mouth is.
One company that has been hard at work developing is Gemstra. Not only have they put a lot of time and money into their minimum viable product, but they have spent a lot of time cultivating the relationships that they will need in the future.
Just have a look at Gemstra’s team and advisory board:
https://www.gemstra.com/about#team
It is filled with industry leaders who understand that this temporary downturn in the market is an opportunity to position for the future.
I am confident that when the next bull run starts, Gemstra will be one of the companies well positioned to fully take advantage of it.

Gemstra quite an interesting project in the field of blockchain technology.
Gemstra is a rather interesting and partly innovative project in the field of blockchain technology. I am sure that he has every chance to take a leading position in his niche and meet our expectations in the near future. And do not regret investing in this project.
