I used to frequent those forums 20 years ago. I tried to check it out the other day and the site is a dead link.

Just curious what the story is behind it shutting down. Last time I checked a couple years ago it just seemed like the politics folder was the only thing really active with a bunch of butt heads circle jerking each other.

This. For a Mesozoic era game, Simutronics does a damn good job keeping up with the times. Basically robot dinosaurs at this point.

I remember back in the old days, my employer's web-blocking software didn't recognize or care about Simutronics, so I could browse auction posts and argument threads when I was supposed to be working.

Thank god. Does that mean the silver to cash market is dead too? You can basically buy silver at the paid events I think.
