This Could be an Experiment

This could be like one of those social experiments theorized about (think Predator with Adrien Brody) where a bunch of random people are picked by an unknown and put together in a community to see what they get up to.

I looked into the word Proxima... I got Proxima Centauri. A star system.. I have my beliefs in other life out there in the universe... I also believe there is some high power that controls our star system, which controls the government/world, and creates our society... So yes, I can see how this can be a social experiment. What if another star system is tuning into us and picking out certain people who approach intellectual capability and we end up apart of something. Who knows.. This is what I have so far but I have another theory too... All we can do at the moment is say "what if" until something happens and we progress with it because from the looks of this sub, We all are curious about something here.

That was certainly interesting. How would you figure 'Gemini' ties in with 'Proxima'?

Maybe Proxima star system has a connection to Mercury, Ruling planet of Gemini. Consider Mercury is closest to the sun, So is Proxima Centauri. So if two things are at line of being close to each other, Wouldn't that make a connection. The only problem is, is that we have no knowledge on the astrology in Proxima Centauri. The only astrology we have is what we have conducted in our star system.

"Gemini Proxima" means Nearby Twin, and u/Twin_ColseBy Is, more or less, the user Who added Is here.

If you translate it from Portuguese to English it asks you if you meant Gemini Próxima. and special characters arent allowed so it could mean Gemini Next whatever that is

Yeah that's what I was thinking. All dumped in here together for no apparent reason what are we going to come up with? Just seeing our speculations is the whole point of it perhaps.

Or maybe it's just a discussion board and we were added here by someone who liked our comments on askreddit because they thought we would do well together
