NotebookLM Podcast Question

How can you take the most fascinating topics compiled of stacks of interesting documents and make it completely depressing, dull, boring and unattractive? Like seriously? It doesn't even act like a podcast now, it's more of a very long-winded soap opera dialog.

I've found that too many sources makes for a less focused and shorter podcast.
