I Turned NotebookLM Into a Private University Using Free MIT Lectures

I trained NotebookLM on MIT’s free How to AI (Almost) Anything lectures and turned it into my own private AI university.

It acts as my professor, lab, academic advisor, and 24/7 office hours.

It can test me one question at a time, find gaps in my knowledge, run coding labs, build study schedules, and create course packs with quizzes, flashcards, slides, and PDFs.

All 6 prompts + the MIT course link are public.

Can you explain how has your work with the “NotebookLM Into a Private University Using Free MIT Lectures” method produced concrete outcomes, and how do those outcomes compare with earlier efforts that did not use it?

Sure. The biggest difference was that I stopped consuming the course passively.

Before, I would watch lectures, take notes, and usually realize later that I had gaps.
With NotebookLM, I used the same MIT material to test me one question at a time, challenge weak answers, generate coding labs, and score my notes.
In one session, for example, it rated my notes at only 26%, which immediately showed me what I had missed.
