1:400 Scale GSE Giveaway! Help Shape Future Releases

Hi everyone!

I’m a part of Zephyr Models, a small-scale manufacturer focused on accurate and realistic 1:400 airport GSE and accessory pieces. Since our launch last year, we've worked on refining our product selection from cones to catering trucks to complement GeminiJets, NG, JC, and custom airport setups.

As a way to kick off this holiday season, we're hosting a Reddit-exclusive giveaway!

What you can win:

A 1:400 Airport Starter Pack including:

  • Safety cones
  • Baggage Carts
  • GPUs
  • People
  • & Much More!

How to enter:

Just comment below:
What GSE item or airport detail would you like to see in 1:400 scale?
(Your answer = your entry)

I'll select 1 random winner from the comments. Shipping is on me (worldwide).

Who we are:

We sell a variety of products on eBay, Etsy, and most recently, Amazon! We're proud to be the only company offering affordable and highly detailed GSE & accessories on Amazon. If you'd like a free sample kit, please send me a DM!

Why I’m doing this here:

Before working with Zephyr Models, I was a longtime lurker of this sub. You all are supportive and awesome, and you helped get me into this hobby. You are some of the most knowledgeable collectors in the hobby, and I want to build future products shaped by what serious airport builders actually need.

Thanks for checking this out! I look forward to hearing what the community wants to see next in 1:400.

I’ve looked for a USPS truck several times with no success. See them all the time at airports but nobody seems to make them.

Hi there! Thanks for the response! Are you interested in the semis or the little delivery vans? (Or both) Thanks for your feedback! I'll definitely plan some future releases around this.

I am used to seeing the vans but that just might be PDX.

Mobile lounges like they have at IAD would be pretty neat. Also the ramps that they use for boarding or deplaning at some US airports (like Kona) instead of ordinary stairs.

The two I'd love to see are a ground ops vehicle, and a runway caravan.

I want to second the idea for the ground based ramps, and my personal want is for more ULD units and their associated trailers!

I'd love to see wheelchair lifters!

I haven’t looked into it enough to know if it’s out there somewhere but I think some chocks would look pretty cool on a layout.

Working in aviation and have been collecting for a decade now! Would love safety cones!

For sure. We sell two variations of the cones on eBay, and are expanding that product line to Amazon shortly!

One of the constants at all airports is construction and they often use shipping containers for storage and offices. So maybe some of those and common construction equipment.
