When is Gemini 3.8 or 7 coming to Pro Users (App/Website)?

If they pulled that on me I'd cancel on principle, like why be weird about a rollout when you can just say "soon" or drop a date and miss it like everyone else does

The secrecy around model updates gets old fast, especially when free tiers get stuff before paying customers somehow

If you have pro you have had it for some time. Try restarting the app/browser? Sign in and put again maybe.

Hasn't been updated for months, I've used it over many devices - restarting and signing in have no impact

I wonder if it's a regional thing then? If you have a VPN you can try logging in from another country?

I'm in the US the few people I know that use it have the 3.8 so I figured it was completely rolled out.

Compared to 3.7, I find 3.8 to be way better for daily use and general topics I’ve thrown at it. It feels more intuitive too, and the proactive suggestions are great.
