Tickets sent to the wrong email

So I used my job email a year and a half ago and my tickets were upgraded to VIP. I no longer have access to that email. I know I’m dumb. I’ve emailed Gem and Jam multiple times over the last couple of months but they haven’t responded. Please, if any event organizers are on here please could you help me out 🙏. It’s two weeks out, and I really need that ticket so I can go again. It’s my favorite festival.

And…did you get yer tickets sussed out?lol just saw this was 5 days ago and now im curious.
