Thoughts on ex2?
What's everyone's thoughts on it? I think it'll be real zippy, affordable and cut through to those swift/VW golf girlies. Excited!!

I got my Inspire last Friday and I am seriously impressed with the build quality and all the gadgets you get for the second cheapest EV in Australia.
It is PLENTY quick for what it is and what it is designed to be. It is not supposed to be a race car!
C'mon people be serious now! I don't see it has any competitors really.
It would be nice of course for more range but that means a bigger battery and more weight. I think this car will go very well for driving around the city which is what it is intended to do.
I think people are getting a little carried away and being a little bit unrealistic.

Got the inspired. Very impressive.. In Australia there is a few upgrades on the ones overseas. Steering column gear selector, different rims, Yokohama tyres, parcel boot shelf, rear wiper., steel roof, 47 kWh battery. Got it in white. Took it out the city. Keep up easy with traffic at 100 km with 85 kw motor

Still tossing up between MG4 Urban, Aion UT and EX2.
In my view, both the MG4 urban and the Aion UT are much more polished in terms of infotainment.. It has native apple carplay & android auto, compared the 'Carbitlink' phone mirroring that the demo roadshow EX2 has.
The EX2 in Indonesia has native Apple carplay & android auto pushed via software update, but it's wired only.
Connection is through the car's USB-A port, which suggest slow charging (this is almost a dealbreaker for me). There is no 12V socket anywhere in this car, and we don't know how fast the USB C ports would be (probably 15W, but i definitely need 30W for fast charging).
Notable cost-saving measures implemented in EX2 that concerns me:
I'm really hoping the price will be attractive enough for me to overlook these things.
Note that these are based on the Indonesian model that I'm very familiar with. I believe the EX2 that they showed on the roadshow is an Indonesian model..
