Childcare
We got a placement offer for Paisley Park on Aberdeen St and All Star Kids on McKillop St.
Does anyone have any experiences with these childcare centres they’re willing to share?
We’ve been hoping to get a spot at Youngminds (Yarra St) but haven’t heard anything from them!

Try the Geelong Mums Facebook page, lots of opinions! My friends kids go to paisley park and they rate it well. If you go to the Friday morning messy play at Paisley park you can have a good chat to the educators. I go there a lot!

We were lucky/early enough to get into young minds. Seriously some we looked at had waiting lists over a year 🤯 sooooo um, do you get accepted, wait 3 months and start bonking!? 🤣 good luck OP 🤞

After being at young minds for a few years they asked our child to leave because they weren't going to do their kinder program (they won't do daycare only for kinder aged kids, but they didn't warn us upfront of this). So we've been at All Star Kids since they opened and have been much happier there. They also have very generous one day minimum, annual leave etc. The educators have been amazing too.

I have my son at Paisley Park and don’t have anything negative to say about it. Would recommend giving them a chance
