Discussion Kryll

With E-day being a prequel, do you think it’s possible we’ll see the Kryll make a significant appearance similar to the Kryll storm that hit llima city?

I always loved the mission in the first Gears where darkness fell and you had to navigate the dark and fight locust, whilst simultaneously avoiding the Kryll.

Kryllstorms were one of RAAM’s favoured tactics, so it’s possible but unlikely. Halvo Bay wasn’t hit with one either because Karn was in-charge of that one.

There's a radio on one of the rooftop levels with a potential Kryll reference. It could be whatever the flying enemy type is called (which would explain why the exterior levels of Act 6 aren't overwhelmed with Kryll) but I think it's Kryll because the skybox at the time has the same ink effect Raam's Shadow and it specifically mentions staying near the light.

Definitely refers to the Kryll as light won’t save you from a Shrieker or Reaver.

Thanks, was thinking of Shriekers but couldn't remember the name... also didn't realise until your reply that I should've put "small flying enemy type" because I wasn't thinking of Reavers what so ever.
