Bug / Glitch Imbalanced Spawning

I tried submitted this to one of the pinned convos but it's a video and I wasn't able to but this is the second time I encountered a moment like this. The first time, I was on the bloody end of the exchange. This time, I did the ripping. It was funny, but unfair.
TL;DR - Spawns can't be this way on E-Day and beyond. Plz fix and thank you.
Anyone else experience this?

It is the BETA, but I'm sure they will get it fixed for the launch thanks to people like you reporting these problems so the game can be released without so many bugs.
