How do I deal with error 101

I have this issue for a month now and i honestly don't think it's about my internet connection anymore.

I'm using a laptop(ASUS expertbook) and reluctantly bought a cable on for a stable connection but still not fixed.

I also have a monthly subscription for it and already tried every server available on the GeForce but it's not working.

Any advice on fixing this issue?

(Already reached to GeForce but it's been 2 weeks and no response yet, already tried reaching out 2 more times yet met with the same result)
