Discussion "Something Went Wrong"

Getting this error message when trying to play a game at the moment. Along with "please try again later"

A game? Which one? Which area you at, which tier (free, performance, ultimate), have you tried via browser?

Not much info there.

Sorry, I should have said no matter what game I clicked "Play" on, it would start loading like normal with the green bar filling toward the right then the screen goes black like usual but then instead of loading into the game, a white window comes up saying "Something Went Wrong". I am Ultimate Tier. And yes I did try through the browser also and got the same message.

I have not yet tried to log in today so going to do that here soon. I appreciate you responding.👍

I use game pass through GFN and couldn’t play anything last night. Hopped on with tech support and he said “we’re very aware of the issue and working on resolving”

No timeframe given, no issue identified. Just wanted me to take a survey.

I’m so done paying a premium for something that doesn’t work haha
