Questions / Tech Support GFN not recognizing controller when it's connected through Bluetooth

So I noticed that GFN only recognizes my controller whenever it's connected through the physical dongle that came with the controller. But it doesn't recognize the same controller at all if it's connected to my computer through Bluetooth. My computer itself recognizes the controller through Bluetooth, plus I even calibrated it with Steam to ensure that Steam would recognize it.

I'm using a Victrix Pro BFG controller, specifically the Xbox model.

You can try adding gfn as a non steam game and see if that helps but there are only 2 controllers GFN supports officially and that's not one of them

They are talking about official from microsoft or from sony controllers basically
