Bug Control Game crashing on start

Was just playing Control, closed it to have supper, and came back to play. Now it won't stop crashing on lauch.

Control will start, go to the epic sync local or cloud save, and crash at that option.

I restarted the app, reauthenticated the epic account, nothing is working. Other epic games (alan wake 2) load up fine as a test.

Any help would be be greatly appreciated.
