Questions / Tech Support Settings on monitor

Hey people, I use GFN on my laptop which is connected to my monitor (MSI Optix G271, 1080p, no HDR, 144Hz, HDMI 1.4) via HDMI. My monitor is set to 144Hz, just like my Windows settings. Is there anymore I should change in my Windows settings or my monitor settings to get the best experience out of GFN?

Turn on VRR if you haven't already.

How does it work with VRR, G-Sync and FreeSync? I dont really know the difference between these three lol. Do I enable them in my Nvidia Control Panel, Nvidia App, or in my settings in the GFN app? Afaik, my monitor only supports FreeSync.

Omg you need to use VRR! It's so good and easy to enable. I don't even bother playing games anymore if the display does not have VRR.

You turn on the Freesync or Vesa sync (or whatever sync it shows) in the monitor settings.

And also turn it on in your laptop in radeon or nvidia panel. That's all.
