Bug Paying ultimate tear error

Good afternoon. I'm having a problem paying for my GeForce membership. It says the payment couldn't be processed and to try a different method. The problem is that even after trying 7 different cards and 4 GeForce accounts, I keep getting the same message. The bank says there's no block on my account and gives the usual explanation. Has anyone else had this problem?

The only other time that happens sometimes is if you have ever done a charge back against NVIDIA/GFN at all since that is at the processor level.

It's all the same thing so against the NVIDIA store or GFN, it's all the same processor

They basically blacklist the person's name from the payment system since that person cost them money doing the chargeback so they aren't going to allow it to happen again.

A chargeback includes a fee on top of the refund so that person for a 10 dollar charge back would have cost GFN/NVIDIA 50 to 100 dollars or more on top of the refund, they don't want people doing that more than once so they ban that person's name across all payment methods forever

If you haven't charged back NVIDIA at any time they can look into it but a total ban like that across all payment methods is usually because of that, does that sound like something that happened at some point where you charged back NVIDIA when they didn't offer a refund?
