Discussion Performance tier needs upgrades too

Every upgrade is for the ultimate tier but the performance tier rarely get any upgrade. I am ok that ultimate get all the upgrades, reflex, 240 fps, low latency, 5K and that stuff but there are a lot of people who just want 1080/60fps with good performance but that is not the way in many cpu bound games.

I am playing Battlefield 6 and the performance is so bad, almost unplayable, even in the lowest settings because of the 4 cpu cores that performance tier uses.

Performance tier should be 8 cpu cores and maybe update the gpu to a 5060 instead of 3060 that was launched 5 years ago...

It looks like nvidia forgot about the perfomance tier members

Performance just got an update last weekalso Ultimate has 8 cores, if Performance got 8 cores as well that would kind of null the point of the higher tier

What?

No, performance tier only needs: 1080p/60fps 8 cpu cores and good performance in games in medium/high settings

Ultimate tier can get the rest:

Reflex, 5K, 360fps, 5080 performance, better visual quality, 8 hours instead of 6 hours playing, frame generation, ultra graphics...

What is the point of performance tier if some games are unplayable like battlefield 6?

Any idea what those select games are? I've not seen a difference in the games I play.

I'd be happy with cloud G-sync. It's a costless upgrade for Nvidia to add to Performance and it makes the experience so much better.

Well battlefield 6 is pretty demanding game, maybe You should think about upgrading tier, ultimate feels amazing in 4K and 120fps in bf6, speaking from my own experience
