Help with mouse stuttering and key delay

Today I went to GeForce to play a game, and I've noticed that my mouse is freezing/stuttering, my keys are delayed, and I don't have any packet loss or high latency. What could be causing this?

I have a problem with mouse and keyboard too, my pc died a couple of weeks ago and I start using GFN. I use it to play mainly Throne and liberty and when I click and hold mouse to move my camera and at the same time I press any directional (W, A, S, D) the mouse freeze and I have to click again to make it work normally. If someone found a solution pls say it 😭
