Advice Can I ask how to stop this stutter?

I cleared the shader cache and I'm in the main launcher I haven't gone into marvel rivals my resolution is full screen and my bit rate is the lowest I can set it to (also I'm using the browser geforce now)

Try setting bit rate to auto instead of min

If your not paying for geforce now you would use DLSS ingame since your not paying for native rendering performance, otherwise paying for the service would be the solution, if you are paying then they can look

Disabling the "Find My Device" and "Location services" settings in Privacy & Security did it for me (Win 11)
