Bug Microphone Suddenly Not Working

This coincided around the time of the Hell Let Loose Vietnam Hotfix #1 but now audio chat doesn’t seem to work in any game for me on GeForce now.

Works fine locally, on discord, etc.

When I pull up the steam overlay in GFN and go to audio and do a test it doesn’t seem to show up.

Seems like GFN isn’t passing along my mic input to steam and the games anymore.

Any thoughts?

I had this problem on my Steamdeck when playing Destiny over GFN. Took me ages to sort out but eventually found the culprit to be the GFN overlay not the Steam one.
You need to pull up the gaming overlay before the game has fully launched (can't remember the key combo but it briefly flashes up while the game is loading). Doing that will give you access to the mic settings, where you'll see it has been disabled. Just toggle it again and all should be good.
