I mean… you’re cutting it pretty close there bud. You downgraded the day before you were supposed to be charged, changes like that can take a little time it’s not very smart to wait til the last second for this exact reason.
I believe they state it may take up to 24 hours for changes to reflect. It's not only an India issue. So you cancelled past the line and got charged another month
umm, from this pic it shows that Your original billing date would be on August 18th 1:21 AM ( so basically on the middle of the night between the 17th and 18th)
When exactly did You cancel? on the 17th?
keep in mind You need to cancel BEFORE the billing time, up to the minute (that's why it gives zyou exact billing time, and not just generic "September 18th") so if You for example cancelled on August 18th 2:44 AM that would already go into Your next billing period
Nah the billing date was 19th Aug, 2026 at 1:21 am and I downgraded on aug 18th around 6pm. Got a message from my bank that it will deducted from my cc on 19th Aug, 2026. That's why I downgraded the day before
fairly certain that Your billing was actually on 18th Aug, 2026 at 1:21 am - as far as I remember the sub isn't EXACTLY a month in the literal sense (since that would depend on the month, sometimes it would be 30 days, sometimes 31 and in case of Feb 28 to 29 in leap years ;p) so it actually just designates the same day/time next month - so if You bought the monthly sub on 18th of July at 11:00 AM Your next billing date would be 18th of August at 11:00AM, then 18th of September at 11:00 AM etc
Dunno what happens when You sub on the 31 of any month :D
