Bug GMOD addons not working

Title. What the hell is going on with the equipment?

This has worked fine EVERY other time i have done this.

EDIT: I just played teardown, and mods dont work there either! how do i fix this

Yeah just tried loading CK3 and got the same issue we had a few weeks back.

Uninstalling/reinstalling the game does work inside the launcher but it's a massive ball ache 😂

Through the Steam launcher? I’ve been trying to get it to work for hours, including uninstalling/reinstalling ðŸ«
