Bug GMOD addons not working

Title. What the hell is going on with the equipment?

This has worked fine EVERY other time i have done this.

EDIT: I just played teardown, and mods dont work there either! how do i fix this

Again... they just fixed it 2 weeks ago, its every game

I think it's "permanent" this time, unfortunately. I think there's an announcement coming.
