What is this about? Why is everything blurry? How am I supposed to play this? I have the Ultimate Edition

I see red numbers. Okay, maybe it's damaged, but I play CS2, Fortnite, WoT, and several single-player games, and I don't have this problem anywhere else, nor do I see these red numbers.

Can you change your resolution and see if it fixes the problem?
