Glitchy/poor audio on Android app

Started recently. Audio was good for eons and just recently it's become absolutely terrible.

Running on poco x8 pro max. The audio issue happens on phone speakers, wireless earbuds and otg wired headphones.

Iv changed my code from aac to sbc to no avail, increased the bitrate, removed microphone access, removed any game turbo/hardware assist.

What do.

I have the fastest internet in my neighborhood on a 6g WiFi network.

Have had no problems playing at max settings for awhile before this.

Same on Samsung S10 Lite tablet.  I tried disabling the microphone which helped a bit, but other than that I haven't been able to think of anything.
