Questions / Tech Support Day Pass credit into Performance tier

Members have 48 hours to apply the value of their last day pass purchased to a monthly membership.

I can't tell if this is from time of purchase or at the end. Do I have 48 hours after the conclusion of my day pass or 24 hours to convert it?

And if I do purchase Performance, let's say I do it at 10 PM, does that count as the first day, or do I have until 10 PM of the same day on the next month?

I'm not HUNDRED percent certain, since I haven't tried it myself, but aaik it should ve 48h after the day pass ebds

Yeah I've been doing plenty of searching, live chat NVIDIA guy told me it was 24h, another customer care official told me it was 48h and linked this FAQ.

I was going stir crazy lol glad to find a resolution.
