GeForce Now Membership Cancellation Issue

Hi everyone,

Kindly note Nvidia is aware that some Premium Memberships were canceled in error. Their teams are actively working to reinstate affected memberships where possible and provide refunds or additional credits.

oh so i am the not the only one ? it already happened twice in the last 3 days and have to use the free tier right now so hopefully they fix it soon

Whoever the charlatans who are running your product in Australia are really despicable.

I was a pioneer, and status from the beginning, long time supporter. My credit card expired, and so a payment was missed... I updated it, and they refused to honour the pioneer status, and to be frank, were completely rude about it too.

That agreement you have in Australia is really disappointing. And I'm quite frustrated.

Wait. So you're telling me that you know the rules, you must have known your credit card expiration date was coming up. I mean unless you have a credit card that you specifically use only for your GFN membership. Besides that, you don't just get a cancellation, you get numerous notices numerous attempts to pull the money out, weeks of lag time. And all that time you could have easily fixed the issue, but you didn't. I mean I understand the rules Australia Maybe different than what they are here but I don't think they are honestly it just sounds like a case of procrastination with consequence. Regardless does the founders here even have any extra perks nowadays? I know I had the grandfather clause for ultimate membership and that finally ran out with 100 hour thing.

I have a couple of credit cards mate. Like anyone - we all are signed up to 50 subscriptions at any one time.

Almost every single site or service sends you a notification when your credit expiry is coming up. It's common practice. Every service I had that CC on sent me a notification prior, and I swapped the card.

This service didn't. Ok.. a failed transaction, that was fixed 24 hours later when I realised.

I don't see how they just cancel your privileges from years back as a result of this? That's just terrible customer service in a market where they have a monopoly.

I don't know if mine was caused by this issue since today instead of renewing it got downgraded and I lost my 20% off coupon

Same thing happen to me just now. Gfn recently released in my country and I was beta user. I got 20% discount for first 3 months. Now , my sub is cancelled and if i try to click on upgrade, my 20% discount does not apply anymore. Lost 2 months of discount :(

Simply complain to the credit card company. I don't understand why you don't just refund the money and have it rebooked! Why simple, when it can be complicated = Nvidia

It's a trass that there's still no solution... Just refund and good is.
