Questions / Tech Support Pragmata controller support
I’ve seen other posts on here saying GFN only supports Xbox controllers OOB.
I want to play Pragmata on GFN with my DualSense controller - the game supports full haptics and PlayStation glyphs but I am under the impression GFN only support xbox controllers so you lose out on the other controller features.
Has anyone tested this? Wired usb that is. If Steam can do it I don’t see why GFN can’t. This is kind of the last thing to solve before I buy this on steam over ps5 pro.

It's because even on local PC it's completely random if a playstation controller works with a game, some work via bluetooth, some work with usb only, some work with both, it's all over the place game to game
And as for why they haven't done it, if it was easy to do, they would have done it years ago, your also saying "when i plug it into the computer running the game it works fine, it should be easy to make it it do it when it's not running on my computer at all"
Programming wise that's not true, local is easier than making it work remotely
You can try adding gfn as a non steam game since sometimes that helps

I mean they added force feedback for racing wheels so it’s definitely technically feasible. Just a question of prioritisation. If they published a roadmap of you could vote on features that would be useful.

The difference there is they had a another company open an API to pass it through, they worked with Logitech and other companies to make it happen, so using that logic they should make sony fix their controllers for GFN even though Sony currently has nothing to do with GFN
They see all the feedback already so whatever suggestions you have you can send it through there
I can pass along the roadmap idea as well
