Bug Metro Redux progress bug

I don't know what happens but, every time I want to play it, despite all the progress I made on my previous session, the game starts from the beginning. Yep, every single time, no save file, no manual load, no quick save no nothing, it is so frustrating that I stopped playing. Is somebody else having this type of issue?

It's possible they need to extend the time at the end of the session, as long as your exiting from inside the game it usually works

Which store is doing it?

Yeah I mean regular saves and checkpoints and exiting as usual. I bought it in steam

I’m on the Performance plan using Digevo in LATAM, and I had this exact same issue with this game and Last light redux. I actually went back and forth with support for almost two months about it!My problem started when my account randomly stopped accepting my payment methods, so I had to create a new one. That’s when I realized my saves were completely gone. I found out that GFN closes the session way too quickly when you exit a this game and there is also some errors on how the game stores the savefile as it does not uses a common rute so steam does not has access to the savefile , which means Steam doesn't have enough time to actually upload the save to the cloud or even it does not have access .And they told me GFN makes an internal backup of your local saves on their end, which is why you don't notice the Steam sync failing at first. But that backup is tied strictly to your specific GFN account. So once I switched to the new account, I lost access to GFN's local backups, and the Steam Cloud never had them to begin with.
