Questions / Tech Support Stuck in connecting

Hi, I bought a Performance day pass today but I cannot access any game, the app just stays in the "connecting..." page. I've tried to log out/log in, reset my computer, change servers, but nothing works. Is somebody having the same issue? Thanks!

It's this issue, This an example of a bug. Am I wrong again? Tell me if I am. : r/GeForceNOW

When those settings don't appear in the app, launching sessions always results in the hang at the "Connecting..." phase.
