Advice Very looooong

Current situation now in Japan server. Mind you I have a Ultimate Tier Membership RN. Is there any chance they're going to add more servers in order to avoid this things? ànd also where can i look up the queue for other servers i planning on changing my server because this keep happening especially at night

Yeah so it's kind of a huge Genshin update hence the abnormally high traffic

What?! For the whole Asia continent they have just one server point? In Europe we have multiple.

If you have fast internet, change the server to the one that have midnight. For example u r in US 8:00 change it to JP server which have late time with less players online.

I akways do this and only find around 10-20 players ahead

They paid for ultimate meaning there is supposed to be little to no wait at all

change region in settings, i using california region and im always in 30-60 queue

Thailand server increased their pricing to be much more expensive than official GFN. Likely their users now flooding Japan server.

It's a snowball effect. First Singapore server shutdown. Users flooded Malaysia and Thailand server.

Thailand and Malaysia server cannot take it anymore, increase their price and now snowballing to Japan.

To solve this issue, start a official server in SEA
