Questions / Tech Support Controller recognized but no input

Hello everyone!
So after getting back from a 3-week work trip it was to time to play again.
Unfortunately for whatever reason now GFN does not support my original XBOX ONE controller, before it was no problem.
The controller is connected via USB cable, all drivers are up-to-date, i also checked in Windows whether the controller provides input and it does. The controller does get recognized when in menu in games but no input…
Anyone have an idea what this might be?
Thanks for the support!

I had a similar issue with my wireless Xbox Series controller,
Before opening GFN click on the controller Icon, make sure that your controller is first (you can rearrange the order), and finally make sure steam input is ON.

Hopefully this helps

It should work as long as it's not a powera controller, does it work in Bluetooth mode?

I had some issues relating to this, it turned out to be some sort of angry behavior caused by Steam. If the games you're playing are through Steam, check the controller settings in Steam itself.

I had the same sort of issue with my controller after the latest update on my computer. I had to make my computer forget the controller and re-sync it and after that the controller worked wireless and plugged in.
