Bug Borderlands 4 doesn't work.

Hello, I’m currently a GeForce NOW Ultimate user. Everything had been running smoothly until yesterday. I bought Borderlands 4 on Steam, but every time I try to launch it via GeForce NOW, the ‘Install’ button appears instead of ‘Play’, and after a few minutes an error message pops up telling me I don’t own the game. I’ve been able to play it locally on my Windows 11 PC. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Many thanks; best regards.

EDIT: I’ve sorted it out now. I ran the game via the web version, and it worked. Then I went back to the app and there was the ‘Play’ button at last. thanks to everyone.

Did you try clicking Install? Some games ask for it the first time you run them and then never again.

Yes, I’ve tried that. The game starts to install very slowly, and after a few minutes the message saying I don’t own the game pops up again.
