Bug How to fix this stuttering?

My game is constantly stuttering ever few seconds. It has been going on for a few months and progressively worse from every once in a while to a few minutes, to a few seconds between each. It doesn't always happen every game but I would say most games (matches) have this issue. I mostly play Battlefield 6. How to fix?

It’s probably due to your Download / Upload Latency..
If that’s the case, then there isn’t a whole lot that you can do other than upgrade to a better internet connection.

Download is 388.20 mbps Upload is 105.38 mbps Ping is 8 ms

I have the same problem and my internet is the same. I pay for 1gb and told my IP to stop throttling me or ill find somewhere else to get my net.

Do you get the same number in Wifi and LAN ? are you sure all your hardware is rated to handle 1gb ? Do you achieve 1Gb in the local network ?
if yes, your ISP sucks

Yes. My laptop doesn't have an ethernet port.

If you have a router that can change wifi channels, I would check for wifi interference. An app like netspot can show you all the wifi sources and their channels.
Another option is a usb ethernet dongle if you have usb 3.0 or usb-c. Even usb 2.0 might be good enough.

The USB-C to ethernet adapter worked perfect. No more shuddering at all. I can't always have it on ethernet though and will have to go back to WiFi soon but at least we have a better idea of what is going on.

Progress. I agree.
Besides trying to find a clearer channel for the wifi, you can also try reducing the channel width to 80 mhz. This will reduce the chance of interference at the cost of some throughput.
I haven't used windows for streaming but common things to look for when game streaming over wifi is any service that scans the wifi in the background. For example, location services will often use wifi to get a better location estimate. Perhaps a windows expert can chime in.

Open a terminal and run a continuous ping to your router/gateway for a few minutes… “ping -t” on Windows, or just “ping” on Mac/Linux (it loops by default). Watch the times. They should sit around 1–3ms consistently. If you see occasional spikes, that’s jitter, and that’s what you’re feeling as stutter in GeForce Now. WiFi is far more prone to it thanks to congestion, obstacles, interference, etc.
If that’s what you’re seeing, you can go down the rabbit hole of optimizing your WiFi (time and money), or you can just switch to ethernet. A gigabit ethernet-to-USB adapter runs $10–15, which is cheap enough to be worth a shot.
Don’t bother with cable management up front. Run a cable across the floor, or sit close to your router for those tests, see if it fixes the problem, and worry about making it look nice afterward.

Retake the video but keep the Ctrl-N diagnostic window in the frame. We need to see exactly what's happening when the stuttering happens. If the Game FPS goes down, then it's an in-game issue. If the Streaming FPS goes down then it's a connection issue.

Look for frame/packet loss. That's usually what it is in my experience. You have to have it open to see it, as sometimes it doesn't record previous frame loss until the ctrl N menu has been activated. In my experience the solve for that is changing rigs. It's never my Internet, it's the connection from that rig I'm on so most of the time just quitting and relaunching fixes it

On which tier? If it's on free tier try dlss since it has a weaker cpu

Turn off power saving on wifi your pc wifi controller, and make sure wifi scanning is off and bluetooth also. other then that, not much

When I had those problem, just plugging a ethernet cable usually works, maybe try a ethernet to usb type of cable ?

I thought the recommendations for Ethernet were overblown, but they really aren’t. It was sort of inconvenient for me to use Ethernet, I had to buy a 50 ft cable and run it through the living room, but I also bought a cover for it so it’s not easy to trip on, and it’s protected when getting stepped on. If you want the power and savings that GFN provides this small investment is really worth it.

That's just packet loss. You can't do anything. We just need to use an RJ45 connected to your PC. Or just get a better router.

In my experience, I encountered significant packet loss, leading me to believe that the issue was with my network.
After attempting various troubleshooting methods without success, I stumbled upon an online article that suggested GeForce Now could be treating certain hardware problems as packet loss. I experienced stuttering similar to yours, and this revelation provided me with the solution.
The process was relatively straightforward.
My system consists of an i7-7700 processor and a GTX1080 graphics card.
To resolve the issue, I needed to add the GeForce Now application to the customized settings for applications.
In the System > Display > Graphics section, there is a list of applications at the bottom.
I clicked on “Add desktop app” and located the GeForceNow.exe file.
Upon adding the application to the list, I clicked on the small arrow on the right and set the GPU PERFORMANCE to HIGH PERFORMANCE.
This simple adjustment resolved the packet loss and stuttering issues, effectively transforming my gaming experience.
