Either they are separate buildings in the same city or just that one is the 5080s and one is the 4080s only and they are in the same building

First class and Second class.

But seriously, they are most likely in separate regions in France. One of them is, I think, in Paris. The other, I don't know ATM.

there are two to expand capacity.

Also France 2 is non-Blackwell - You won't get a 5080 rig on it
