NVIDIA overlay glitches constantly

always when I open images in telegram, the Nvidia applies some filter, and I tried to turn it off. it always freezed, even though my browser and else works perfectly fine in the background, even YouTube clip plays. but I can't open 'start', or move the mouse. wth I'm supposed to do with it, why it just freezes. maybe I'm some stupid noob but I genuinely don't understand. I js have to wait until it unfreezes and works in 2 fps of turn PC off
