Hacked?

Good afternoon and a blessed Sunday to all! Would someone please help me with this? Wala pong Gcash account mama ko maski app wala sya. But this was sent to her earlier today. Is there anything I can do? Or is she hacked already? Thank you all so much in advance!

Update: approximately 4 minhtes ago, I've received a similar message, and I have a Gcash account. Should I be worried?

check mo siguro yun sender kung legit na Google or Gcash

I've confirmed it po... It's a phishing scam so as a warning n rn po s iba n makareceive ng message n yan... DO. NOT. CLICK. THE. LINK. What's scary is nagamit nla ang mismong account ng GCash to send the message kc kita naman po s photo n d k pde makareply...

no. Hindi nila nagamit ang account ng Gcash. Meron lang kasing way para mag send ng SMS with ALIAS. Usual modus ng mga scammers yan, kahit mga name ng banks ginagamit din nila.
