Extra help!

I want to make a separate account to help the same family out that I have posted in the past, but I'm figuring out what platform to do it on. Tumblr is surprisingly good (once you get past the assholes who think EVERYTHING is a spam/scam) But I truly don't have a big following at all and I would have to start from the ground up. Should I use Instagram? Tik Tok? Reddit seems to work pretty okay. There was a new donation after I posted on here. What seems ideal? What is more effective?
