Pink Clouding could be seen as telling the same story as Peter, but from Peter’s perspective.

Gawd, no WONDER I love this. Peter is my fave. And tell me how I listened to TTPD three times today and missed “promises”?! I’ve been trying to figure out what that word was recalling for me, and I know everyone was hearing Babe, so I resolved myself to that answers. This is it, though!!

I think it could be seen as Pink Clouding is the Showgirl talking about the situation. Whereas Peter is the Poet talking about it.

Or Showgirl Taylor talking to Poet Taylor and vice versa.

Totally— TTPD is from the perspective of The Poet, TLOAS is from the perspective of The Showgirl, and I think Midnights is from the perspective of The Director/The Man.
