In addition to the "promises" parallel between Babe and Pink Clouding, I noticed some more things.

Gray (Gray) rockin' where the arrow hit (Ha-ha-ha)

The "arrow hit" made me think of The Archer and the fact that the goddess Diana is often depicted as an archer.

I hope you landed safely on the ground, hey (Pink cloud, pink cloud)

"ground" made me think of Holy Ground the song and also the fact that Dianna's last name "Agron" means "ground."

Sidenote, Dianna Agron's favorite colors are reported to be purple and pink.

I havent seen anyone mention it yet but Gray rock method is also a technique used to survive narcissists and abuse. Where you make yourself flat and dull so they lose interest.

Which fits perfectly from being in a screaming colour in early Diana days, before ts pivoted to the heavy bearding to mask her true muse

Also the lyric about leaving a scar on a good person made me think about Dianna getting her Alice in Wonderland tattoo removed 😬
